1.29.2012 - If you missed it the TKMEA Honor Band concert last night, you missed something special.  One of the best, if not THE best honor band concerts in recent memory.  Mr. Dale Engstrom, Director of Bands from Fresno City College was the Guest Conductor and his selection of music seemed to do a perfect job at getting the most out of the band without exceeding their abilities.  Monarch Band is proud that we had five musicians audition and all five make the band!  Congratulations again to Gavin, Chris, Dillon, Joaquin and Darrell.

Next up, in the area of honor band, will be Jazz Honor Band - Auditions are March 12 and more information is available by clickin the link above and more information will be posted here when it is available.

Winter Ensembles
Our winter groups will not be competing at SJVCGPR on Friday, February 3.   The next shows will be on February 10th at Clovis North High School.  For more info, please visit sjvcgpr.org
